Hi!

I have problem with my new laptop (Acer Aspire 9815)
I have installed MP 0.2.0.0 and SVN Rev11965

The problem I get is that I can only watch video/tv in fullscreen mode if i set aspect ratio 1:1, but then the displayed area is just a small box in the middle of the screen. If I select another aspect ratio, the screen is just black. The OSD's still works.

I have MP installed on two other machines with same versio and no problem

I also have tested to run fullscreen vieos and tv through Media Center, and that works fine.

What am I missing?

When I updated an XP theme, I lost some of my full screen zoom modes and was identical to the problem you're experiencing. After reading many forums I found that the problem was the theme I installed change my system font. When I changed it back to the standard system font, MediaPortal worked normally again.

All I can suggest to you is that you have a look at your system font settings as that may be the cause. I've attached a couple of forum links which describe similar problems.
