Can someone walk me through the steps needed to play 3d blurays through mediportal? (1 Viewer)

I have powerdvd ultra 14 and enabled 3d playback through Nvidia drivers.

Do I need to rip blurays as iso files or can I remux the movie?

Any help would be amazing.

BTW: I have the hardware/components capable of 3d playback and can play them through standalone sony 3d bluray device. I would love to utilize mediaportal instead.
