I have been looking into this plugin and it looks awesome but the biggest prob i have is that imdb import, im happy to do all 500+ .nfo files with the tt###### in it.

But is there a way to use the file name "Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen [2009].mp4" as the movie title without the ext of course :)

So relay all i'm looking for is to import all info using the TT### in the nfo but use the file name not what imdb has?

Here is the main reason why;
James Bond - For Your Eyes Only [1981]
James Bond - Goldeneye [1995]
James Bond - Licence To Kill [1989]

Imdb has them without the James Bond and going to F, G and L etc isn't fun with a huge list

One solution: If your files are named "James bond - For your Eyes only [1981]", you could add "James Bond" to the regular expressions that are ignored. This way you can keep your files named the way you wish, and MovingPictures would pick them up. This of course only works for the James Bond series, but can be tweaked to work for others.

After they are imported, you can change the names in the MediaPortal configuration. If you want, you can change the actual name (that is showed) to "James Bond - For Your Eyes Only". Or you can chose to just change the sorting name to "James Bond - For Your Eyes Only", but keep the actual showed name to "For Your Eyes only". This way, the movies will all be listed under "J", but will only show up in MovingPictures as "For Your Eyes only".
Changing the sort name also makes it possible to list the movies in the correct order. Dr. no would then be: SortName "James Bond 1 - Dr. No", but ShowedName would be "Dr. No".

Being able to put this into an .NFO file in the movie directory would be amazing. The issue with the above, is that the changes are only made in the database. So if you remake the database or lose it, you have to start from scratch.

Does it make any sence?

yes it makes sense add that into into the nfo file eg.

tt####
title

so the first line is imdb and second is one of the files but that would b awesome if more info can be added into the nfo file.
