Cannot add manual recording (2 Viewers)

I can't add any manually scheduled TV recordings. I get to the last step where I'm asked to choose quality, and after I do that, I'm back to the list of scheduled recordings but the list is still empty. This happens both with "Quick record" and "Advanced record".

Unfortunately I can't test myself, but here is a user who reported that it is still working.
So please provide more detail - maybe someone can then see why it's not working on your end.
