When changing sometghing in configuration, while having a running MediaPortal, you need to allow Configuration to restart Mediaportal, otherwise your changes are lost.

I've added a fix to svn, where a popup comes up and allows you to shoutdown MP before configuration is started.

Thus such situations will never happen again.
