I have checked it, and GeForce 7600 GS (agp version) should be able to do <a href="http://www.nvidia.com/docs/CP/11036/PureVideo_Product_Comparison.pdf" target="_blank">this</a>. However, I cannot find the "purevideo" option in mediaportal configuration under decoders for h.264 (it only shows ffmpeg and some others).
