I have connected my TV (ordinary CRT) to the s-video out of my Asus NVidia 8600GT display card with an s-video to composite cable and the screen displays correctly.

Display setting under Vista 32 list this display as a Generic non-PnP monitor on NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

However in the MediaPortal setup application (where I have selected Start MediaPortal in fullscreen mode under the General section) the Screen dropdown is grayed out and fixed to my primary display: Generci Pnp monitor (1440x900) on NVUSIA GeForce 8600 GT

I would really like to run MediaPortal on my TV full time in full screen while using the main display for web browsing etc.

Any suggestions?

Regards

Neels

PS I would attach the log files if requested

Sorry. My Stupidity. I did not notice that the dropdown for screen selection must be activated in the list above: the last option.
