All of a sudden a cannot play avi-files in My TvSeries (latest release). Same files work fine in My Films and graphstudio.
Nothing happens when a click on an avi file (no error message either). HD files play fine (h264), but most of my files are DivX-files, so that does not help much :(

It worked fine a couple a days ago, but stopped working yesterday.

I will try to do an error log later tonight when the rest of the family is asleep ;-)

No, I will try that now and will be back later with feedback, thanks!

Edit. It did not help. Stll same problem. I think the problem occured after I removed one of the TV-series.

Changed TV-series to debug mode and did another log.

You are getting a network 404 error message, so I take it these files are on a server, that TVSeries does not seem to be able to access, possibly firewall interfering or files have been moved.

This does not mean there is no communication between pc and server, just files are not found.

Funny that i can access and play H264-files on the same server and location (se first log).
Now I moved two of the avi files to the MP computer, but I cannoy play those either :(

same problem here. I was not able to play avi files since yesterday. I think it has something to do with subtitel files (*.sub). Yesterday i added some episodes with subtitles. These episodes plays fine. But all other avi files won't play anymore. Then I removed the subtitles from disk. Now the My TVSeries plugin cannot play these files.

I had the same issue but it got resolved when I disabled "Suggest subtitles download on play action if not present".

I had a similar issue (could ply just some files) and there are 2 solutions - either disable "Suggest subtitles download on play action if not present" or enable the subtitles downloaders in the Extras/Subtitles - menu will then pop-up asking where to download subtitles.

    Thanks sharpc!
