Hi folks,
First of all sorry for that this is a cross posting from the German forum because I did not yet get any reply from there. So hopefully someone here can help my to solve the problem.
The problem is that I cannot play any recorded TV on my Windows XP SP3 PC. The same recorded TV shows play nicely on a second dedicated VDR PC. Both PCs are pure clients and the server part of MediaPortal is running on a Windows Home Server (first edition). All PCs (incl. the server) are running MediaPortal 1.2.2.0.
Here is what I do to produce the problem:
a) Start MEdiaPortal client
b) Select "TV" from "Home" menu
c) Select "Recorded TV" from "TV" menu
d) Right-Click on recorded TV and select option "1 Play recorded TV" (menu: "TV/Recorded TV")
e) The the context menu gets closed and the "TV/Recorded TV" menu freezes for 10 seconds
The driver of my Nvidia 8600 GT graphics card is at version 6.14.12.8558. The recorded TV shows are not encrypted.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
