Cannot play recorded TV (1 Viewer)

Merry Christmas
So I reconfigured my system so the PC outputs via HDMI rather than VGA->Hdmi. As a result any TV recordings post the change refuse to play and I also cannot play them via VLC (fully pixelated) So not at all with why such a change would have such an impact. If the PC was a truck it would be carnage!!
So logs are attached and hoping some MP genius has a solution!!

The TsWriter log has a huge amount of 'Continuity errors' (TsWriter is used when TV server is recording or timeshifting).

Did you disturb any cables e.g. antenna cables into the tuner, or change any PC hardware when you re-configured the system?

Well strike me pink!! That was it. Talk about the bleeding obvious. Thanks and Merry Christmas (apparently we now have permission to use the phrase - beside myself with gratitude!)
