I am running MP version 0.2.3 and for the life of me I cannot get TV to record. Everytime I hit "Record Now" for example, I get a black screen then booted back to the menu and nothing happens. I am using the Hauppauge x1600. I know there have been previous issues with this card, and I have even tried the modified "Capture Card XML" file someone posted here... no dice....
This is frustrating because sometimes TV won't work properly either. I'll have it on full screen, and literally within 15 seconds, it'll go back to the menu with the small screen view. Sometimes it will crash MP altogether.
I'm viewing Analog cable.
I came from GBPVR, because I didn't like the interface. Of course, back there TV watching and recording was no problem
