Hi all - have searched for an answer but no luck.

I have reinstalled MediaPortal and MP-TVSeries.I deleted the old MPTV database and started from afresh. But now it won't fetch any fanart for the series I had in the system previously. It obviously thinks it has them already - but it doesn't. I'm wondering if there is a cached reference somewhere. Can anyone help point me in the right direction so I can re-download all fanart for all series please?

Start -> All Programs -> Team MediaPortal -> MediaPortal -> "User Files" shortcut -> "thumbs" folder -> "ClearArt" + "Fan Art" + "MPTVSeriesBanners" are all used by MP-TVSeries.

    Thanks for the reply!

However I have Windows 8 and can't follow that sequence....I've been into Program Data / Thumbs and have deleted Fan Art folder but same issue - any other suggestions?

For Windows 8, you should already know how to get to "All Programs".

For 8.0 -> Start screen -> right click empty area, bottom right corner "All Programs"
For 8.1 -> Start screen -> look for little arrow pointing down near left corner, or do the right click method

If it still doesn't work, then you will have to supply debug verbosity enabled log files and repeat the problem. If the log files do not contain the reproducable error, then you will simply be ignored as it is impossible to determine what the exact cause for you is.

I fixed it, thanks. Instead of using the "empty" option in the config screen, I manually deleted the database file and let the program recreate a new one. And everything is sweet.
