Cannot skip DivX Videos but XviD works fine.. (1 Viewer)

Hi all...
On my MP client, i can play XviD files just fine and i am able to skip forward and backwards no problem ( ie. +5 +15 or +30 secs and so on ).
But the minute i try to do this with DivX files, it doesn't work. I can watch the video, but unable to skip forward or backward. FFW and REW work however.

Any thought as to what can cause this ?

I have the same issue.

It was the same in MP 0.2.3, I was hoping this problem will be fixed in final release

If these have the extension .divx, change to .avi

See if any change.

Fixed!

Problem was divx codec, remove it and use ffdshow (FFDShow.info : Download latest FFDShow builds)
