Cannot stop an active scheduled recording (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had any problems in stopping an active scheduled recording? When I go to Active Recordings and see my recording in there, I click on it and it asks if I want to cancel the recording. I select OK. The message pops up there are no active recordings. Is there something I am doing wrong? I haven't tested whether this happens on a manual record.
