Cannot tune Winfast DTV2000DS (1 Viewer)

Anyone since had any joy with this DTV2000DS card? I too am having problems trying to get the remote to work under MediaPortal. I was looking at Cool Reciver but I can't get the card to run under the old Winfast software, only the newer TotalMedia software that came with the card.

If I run MediaCentre under Windows 7 the remote works beautifully, but under MediaPortal only the power button on the remote works.

Quickly going mad here!

I am wondering if the card is now working in Media Portal, has the driver and channel scan issue been resolved?

I just bought Winfast DTV2000DS and it does not work with Mediaportal. It does not tune in any channel.

Hi there

Try the default driver from Microsoft rather than the Leadtek driver. See this post for the resolution for a similar tuner...

If any of you guys are still having issue with the DTV2000DS try this fix from this post. Fixed it for me in Windows 7 x32 with 2 other TV cards.
