Cannot use MP config set up wizard for media portal (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have a very simple but strange problem, i can install MP ok, but when i click on Mp configuration exe, it goes straight to MP advanced configuration set up, I have deleted MediaPortal/xml as requested but still it wont go to MP wizard, as a consequence I cant configure tv settings, eg grabber, etc


the exe says media portal configuration, should it say mediaportal setup

MP wizard

is usually the first run of mediaportal.exe and to be honest it is a bit flakey whether it works or not for you (correct me if this has changed anyone, long time since used).

Config is much better to actually set things up with, but if there are something you find easier in the wizard, use Bluetwo skin and MP.exe and select settings, which you can scroll through to what you want to configure.
