Cannot watch ITV4 with MP1 (1 Viewer)

I have set up the TV server, scanned successfully, and the channel list includes itv4. however, I cannot watch it, and the channel guide shows "no data available". Is there a particular problem with this channel, as all other channels seem fine?

No there's no particular problem with that channel. I suggest you provide log files if you'd like assistance to figure out why you're not able to view the channel.
Please use the Watchdog tool with option 1 ("report a bug to Team MediaPortal") as described in our wiki (manual):

When you get to the bit about reproducing the problem, simply try to start viewing ITV 4.
