Can't access plugins after installing this plugin. (1 Viewer)

I downloaded the most recent version of the MCE Remote plugin RC1 and now can not access the plugins section of MediaPortal Configuration. It states one of the dlls is missing but it is clearly in the directory. I have dried uninstalling and still can not access my plugins. How can I get this out so I can use mediaportal?
