Can't Get Dvico FusionHD II card to work as H/W or for ATSC (1 Viewer)

Well, I did put up the latest cvs and then tried to add the capture card, but to no avail. It still says I have no capture card. Again the log acts like it sees the WDM and Transport capture cards. but it says I don't have one. Here is the latest log to help:
