Can't get my movie folders into one list (1 Viewer)

I am trying to get all the movies I have in seperate folders into one view. I have read that this can be done by scanning all containing folders in the MP config movie database. I have done so and the movies do show up in there. However, when opening movies in MP, only the movies from one folder are shown.

Any ideas how to change this?

you need to change the view from shares to title which can be done in the menu on the left hand side in My Movies.

Or try the new release of Moving Pictures, this is a plugin so will not affect your use of MP's internal Video, its just a bit more fancy and auto updates any new movies added\removed.

You also can try MyFilms as it can launch movies including in a folder.

This is working, like I have said above. However, when starting MP, the view switches back to 'List', instead of 'filmstrip'. Do I constantly have to set this back when restarting MP, or is there a place where you can store this setting as the default?

I'm using Xface skin by the way (I don't know if that matters or not.
