Anyway, when I tried installing the 2.1 pre release 2.2 it fails with the error message "Setup Failed.  0x8007001 - Incorrect function." I can't find any information on this error in the forums or documentation as to how to proceed, and yes, I uninstalled the Spring 2016 version prior to running the setup (as per the instructions).
