Synopsis::

MediaPortal can't find channels for my PVR-150 card. The card itself is identified correctly. It is connected to my Cables Decoder through Composite input. Audio is connected to Line In inputs on the audio card.
WinTV2000 shows the picture and Microsoft MovieMaker captures the film properly.

With WinTV2000 it's working so cable connection doesn't seem the problem. I had also problems last week with my PVR150 and RC4 (see other thread) and at the end the problem seemed related to the Elecard Codecs I had installed.

    Hi,

    I also do not have much experience with using the composite in. What type of cable box do you have? Do you want to control it via MP? Some people do use MP this way, you could search for DirectTV.

    HTH, Flip.

    Thanks, guys!
    I'll try to omplement your recomendations right now.
    But first, I'll try to change connection type to antena or S-Video in order to isolate the problem.

    Anyway, my Cable Box is Samsung DCATV2100RC, and I'll switch channels on it through IR Blaster, as soon as I figure our the codes :roll:
