Hello, I am unable to open the TV Server Config tool. I am getting this error message:

Failed to locate assembly 'Gentle.Framework, Version=1.5.0.29113
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=80b5de62e27be49b'.
Note that the configuration program must be executed from/reside in
the MediaPortal folder, the execution will now end.

I looked through some of the server files and found that it states version 1.5.0.29112....so my question is, what is this version referring to and how can I update it to access the TV Server Config tool?

Also, the TV is still working and recording, I just can't open the configuration. The only thing I did today was use the MPEI and I told it to update all my extensions.

I will be happy to upload logs, but I notice the instructions all refer to MediaPortal/MediaPortal Config and not necessarily the TV Server Config.

FWIW, here is an error log I found in my TV Server folder, this reiterates the error message I am seeing, when I try to open TV Server Config.

    Hello Jeep725

I looked through some of the server files and found that it states version 1.5.0.29112....so my question is, what is this version referring to and how can I update it to access the TV Server Config tool?
The version number refers to the version of the Gentle.* DLLs in the TV Server install directory.

Also, the TV is still working and recording, I just can't open the configuration. The only thing I did today was use the MPEI and I told it to update all my extensions.
Which TV Server plugins do you use?

I will be happy to upload logs, but I notice the instructions all refer to MediaPortal/MediaPortal Config and not necessarily the TV Server Config.
The watchdog tool will include all relevant TV Server logs when run on a single-seat install.
    Otherwise:
    1. Open TV Server configuration.
    2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
    3. Zip up all the files you find there, and post/attach the zip file here.

Ahhhh, I see from the log you posted the error is due to the PS plugin... or more likely the PS++ plugin.
Try to upgrade the plugin again.

    Ever seen this before?

Interesting...powerscheduler++ is one that I use. I ended up using a system restore point in Windows to roll back, as I noticed today that some of my programs did not record, my system did not wake up for it. I was having a hard time figuring this error out... I could not open the TV server configuration to look at plugins, settings etc, or run logs, the error message would pop up and then once I clicked on OK it closed out everything.

I apologize I did not run complete logs before I did a system restore, but I ran them today in case there is anything that will help. If not I will try to update the plugins again and duplicate the problem.

Just saw that you are not running PS++ now, so no value analysing the logs...

You are using MP 1.3.0. Maybe there are incompatibility issues with the MP 1.3 GentleFramework version and PS++ 1.4.0.0. I will try to check this and give you feedback.
