can't play any video (1 Viewer)

hi

i cant play any videos/tv with mp on one of my pcs(2,4Ghz p4, Radeon 9800, 1 GB RAM,winxp pro)


i tested several versions also the latest.

error log says:

upgrade to latest SVN release.

now if i try to play an avi, i got :

Hi there, it's seems I'm experiencing the same problem or at least one with the same symptoms.

I've got a VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP display card. According to posts in this forum, such a card shouldn't have worked with all 0.2.x versions of MP. But I can say I've been using it for two years now, always with some 0.2.x versions.

no, not yet..

i installed so much stuff on this pc over years without reinstalling a clean windows... maybe there is something messed up with codecs or whatever.

Well, then there's at least some hope for you left. I have a complete clean system. I even reinstalled it several times. But still the same problem.
