The video file being played has both imbedded subtitle streams and an external subtitle file with the ".srt" suffix. However, no subtitles are displayed and no subtitles are available in the context menu -- the only options are "none" and "disabled."

Sorry, I just realized I forgot to include my step-to-step.

t-2 Record TV program using MediaPortal TV Server
t-1 Extract Subtitles from TV Program file using CCExtractor
1. Start MediaPortal
2. Navigate to Videos
3. Choose Folder used to store Program file
4. Select TV Program file.

Expected:
Video plays and Subtitles are seen. Selecting Subtitles from video context menu allows you to select available Subtitle streams.

Seen:
Video plays, but no subtitles are seen. Subtitle menu from the video context menu indicates that no subtitles are available.
