Can't reconnect after server inactivity (1 Viewer)

I have dualseat setup (server-client)
Server is on mySQL
When I first run the server, client pc connects just fine and works without problems.
If I close the client and leave the server inactive for 2 or 3 minutes, client can't reconnect, it just hangs.

Server error is:
2008-05-20 15:09:21.156250 [TVService]: RemoteControl: Error getting server Instance - Requested Service not found
2008-05-20 15:09:21.156250 [TVService]: card: unable to connect to slave controller at:10.100.1.83
But the TVService.exe in active and seems to be working, even if it's not accepting connection.


This is happening with all the latest svn's even from 0.2.3 final.
Here are the logs from server and client.

All the errors point at filters missing for the analogue part of your hybrid card.

May be worthwhile disabling this, and see if problem goes, so at least we have pinpointed the problem.

Exactly the same problem after disabling the analog tuner from hybrid card. Nothing different.

So i have found out, only deleting the analogue card, after setting everything else up in TVServer config will not stop any errors, as in it will still try to find the analogue part of the card.

Bummer, the only way around it is to delete the sql database and then restart TVServer config, remove\disable the analogue card and then close config.

Re open config and finish all the rest of your settings.

I have found out that the problem occurs only if client connects at least one time and disconnect. If you start the server and leave it running without connecting with the client, the server works for very long time (tested it 8 hours later). If you connect and disconnect it's only matter of minutes till it stops working after disconnecting. If client is left connected no problem, server works perfectly.

I keep on getting this error on the server log, when I try to reconect:
2008-05-28 23:03:51.796875 [TVService]: card: unable to connect to slave controller at:10.*******

Can anyone help why I get this error and I cant reconnect to the server?

Just for reference the problem was this:
0001344: Idle EPG grabber blocks TvServer after a while - MediaPortal Bugtracker

Epg grabbing was causing this.
