According to https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/general-support-51/record-radio-webstream-75568/ you can't record from a webstream (using the virtual RadioWebStream Card) since this feature was never finished.
How about picking this feature up?
You can set up timeshifting and recording paths for this virtual card, but you can't timeshift and you can't record. I would say that it should either be extended to deliver the promised content (recording and timeshifting) or be removed from the recording and timeshifting section.
No logs attached, but I DO consider it a bug or a missing feature at the very least
