can't start live TV after watching recording (1 Viewer)

I'm not sure if anyone else has suffered from this same issue, and if so has anyone come up with a solution?

I can record TV without a problem, but if I have more than one thing set to record, the second thing wont record at all, nor will it play live TV.

The only resolution is to restart the TVservice on the server and restart the client Pc.
