can't turn TV ON (1 Viewer)

I installed MP 1.0 RC3 yesterday after having completely uninstalled RC2 and SQL Server before.

I have a problem for watching TV, can't turn TV ON.
I stopped the services and can't restart them now (although I did not try to reboot the workstation)
The error message is attached.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?
