Cant watch CBBC or Cbeebies. (1 Viewer)

i lost bbc3 and bbc4 also cbeebies and cbbc. I retuned no joy then found that there are new channels listed in digital satallite folder that would preview Deleted my old bbc3 and bbc4, put the new channels in favourites and all is well!

My problem is now that i still cant watch cbbc or cbeebies. Driving me nuts (cos of kids!). There are no listed channels that are new and a fresh scan done this morning changes nothing.

Where have my kids channels gone?

Hi there,

Two things:

1) - I assume they are currently live/transmitting?
2) - You may have them, but they may appear with a different channel name/duplicate details

Yes they are live.Both stop transmission at 7pm i think. I'll have to look more closely i suppose but had a good look last night and there are no duplicate channels (unlike BBC3 and 4) which is how i fixed it.
