Video Card: nVidia 7100

I'm going nuts with "my tv" at Mediaportal.
When I select "my TV" I only get a frozen image, after that the image dissapears and I get a frozen Mediaportal interface image (meanhwile I hear the tv sound), after a few seconds of frozen MP I get back to a still frame of TV, and it keeps going.
I don't know what to do. I send a log of this. Can anybody take a look and give me a hint?
