I'm not a big fan of Vista so don' know for sure, but from what I understand, the file should be in a different location to where it is for XP.

Then again, if you use the TV service (tv v3) then you don't need this file any more at all.

    Hi All,

I Cant find this file either. I have problem with Anysee E30 Plus C digital tv device. MP regonizes this driver to be terrestial capture card NOT cable as it should be. If I try to add new TV Tuner card from MP conf it says theres no devices connected.

If Anyone can help me with Anysee problem.

As default Vista will hide "system files" the xml file is hidden thus by default. open my computer. Go to Organize --> Folder and search options --> view --> hide protected operating system files (uncheck the mark).

Now all the xml files should be visible
