Centering filmstrip focus? (1 Viewer)

Is there some setting to have MP filmstrip views keep the focus item in the center of the screen (or at a chosen item count from the screen edge) like in icon and list view. I'd like to center the item name on the screen, but it is hard to follow with the focus shifting left and right. I see something like it in the Aeon BasicHome screen with the lables. Is it possible with filmstrip?

I find its not a useable view in its current form.

Ok, i've taken a look at this and succesfully implemented the skin <scrollOffset> element for the FilmStripView.
A couple of simple alterations to GUIFilmstripControl.cs accomplishes this. However, the produced Core.dll is over 3MB and it's the CORE dll.

So how am i gonna get these changes out there?

..we all have ask many time for this feature. It would make the filmstrip view much better then it is yet.

Would be fantastic if a dev can add it.
