I'm lokking at setting up the centralised database setup:

    UserGuides/CentralisedDatabases - MediaPortal Wiki Documentation

But then I begin thinking of the "watched" system for MyTV-Series, and I'm wondering if this will be centralised aswell if I use this setup.

    Example

    If I watch Bones S04E01 on HTPC1

Will that appear as watched on HTPC2 and HTPC3 aswell?

Centralised means that this will be a central as well. In the scenario provided, it will ask HTPC2,HTPC3 users to contiune where HTPC1 finished off.

Some will look at this as an advantage, others will find it as a disadvantage.

Ok thanks, it's not an option for me then since we mainly have separate users for each HTPC. Thank you.

    Hi
Regarding My TV-Series, this plugin has an option to specify its own path to its database, so even if you centralize the rest of MP you can actually have a specific database for every HTPC.
In this way every HTPC has its own watched flags with My TV-Series, but it also means that the info (and updates) about every tv show is every HTPC's responibility.

Yes, the thing is that it is the TV-Series database that I would like to only have to set up once. The movies already have a centralised DB with AMC and MyFilms, and the TV part is sentralised on the server. But we'd like to keep our "watched" setups separate, so I guess it's not an option, thanks tough :)
