Chanel quality went down after video upgrade (1 Viewer)

Hello, here is my problem. I recently installed a new video card. When I was installing it I had some issues with my pc booting up. One of the things I treied was removing my tuner card (Hauppage 1600) and booting my pc. It did boot, so I then replaced the card. Now though, media portal has no guide (which I configured and was working fine) and the channels are all distorted like a bad antenna picture. I tried the connection in a tv and the channels are fine. I re-ran the channel grabber and that did not help either. Any thoughts? thanks in advance!
