However i can still exit the osd menu. I've also tried pressing the keyboard shortcut 'A' but nothing happens for this either. The only filters i have enabled in post-processing are DirectVobSub and CoreAVC. I also tried adding Haali media splitter to the post-processing filters but it causes an error when i try to play a video file. If i leave it out of the post processing filters, then i can play all my videos jsut fine, and still be able to switch audio streams on mkv files. It seems only to be an issue on avi files.Thanks for the suggestion jof.
