change font size / type for old CRT 4:3 TV (1 Viewer)

hi,

is it possible to increase the font size for the skin (mainly for TV-SERIES and MOVING PIC)?

i still have the old 4:3 CRT tv (will buy a new LCD soon....

the font is really tiny and can barely read from a 3m distance.
