Don't think you can change audio/subtitle for xvid, only for DVD.

To get the srt subtitle you want you should have vobsub or ffdshow with subtitles enabled. Then you can call it "same name.srt" (without the "lang").

I have never tried having multiple languages for xvid though, so I might be wrong in my assumption that it does not work.
