Change title and info after import ? (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys

I am running the latest version of Moving Pictures, and some of my movies are "tagged" wrong, when they got imported.
How can I fix this?

I have tried to change it to the correct imdb ID in moving pictures, and then select updated, but it just goes back to its old title, and imdb id.

Any suggestion?

I have been trying to do this, but there is no option to delete and rescan movie, so i had to remove whole folder from Moving pictures and re-add it.

Go to Movie Details tab, locate movie that is 'bad', use the gear icon drop down menu and select "Sent back to importer".

This will redo the process of importing and you loose any custom modifications you made.

I can't test right now, but you should be able to CTRL+A as well to select all movies and sent them all back to importer, or via CTRL key and mouse do a multi-selection.

I got a question which fits here very nice... I re-organized all my media with Ember Media Manager. Im thinking about CTRL+A all movies in the MP Database and send them back to importer with only xbmc scrapper enabled. So far so good.

But what will happen with watched/unwatched and my ratings? Will the get deleted when i send the files back to importer?

I can't test myself, because I'm not totally unpacked yet with HTPC, so try one, see what happens, then rinse and repeat

Thanks for the Answer RoChess... i could have the idea to just try it myself ;-) Well i did last night. Unfortunatelly the watched flag and the ratings are gone. Seems quite logical now as you send it back to importer... if i try to Reload the information while it is in my database the moving pictures config crashes, so that wont work too.

am i right that there is no option to export watched flags and ratings from the database?
