Changing the aspect ratio of TV in MP (1 Viewer)

I've got my resolution at 1360 X 768 which is perfect for movies, but when watching TV, I get these black borders on the sides. How can I get TV to fit the whole screen at that resolution?

from memory if you have the MCE remote its the button down the bottom right hand corner, i think its blue from memory
