Changing Visualization Resolution (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

MediaPortal is still the one and only HTPC system for me for the past few years. Thanks to everyone for that.

My problem now is that when I go to fullscreen visualzations in My Music using the BASS player my pc is obviously struggling to draw the 1920x1080 picture, therefore has a pretty crappy framerate (~5fps) Is there anyway to configure the visualization to use a lower resolution when in fullscreen so I have a smooth visual?

I was thinking maybe if I installed Sonique and configured the visualizations from there it may work but I don't like my chances. Even good old Milkdrop is struggling.

I have an ATI 9550 with a Pentium4 2.8Ghz which plays full 1080i HDTV 'almost' perfectly (I think my main problem there is I have a pair of bunny ears for an antenna) so there should be plenty of grunt to run the visual, just needs a lower resolution.

You can get to Milkdrops's Config pages via Mediaportal Config. Look in the Music, Visualization section.
