    If you launch TV Server Config, & go to TV Channels, & then try to drag the group tabs to re-order the groups, it fails (See attached jpgs for before & after group arrangments). If you then select the mapping section, & try to return to the main TV Channels section afterwards, the display doesn't update, & the util logs errors (See attached logs).

    The only way to rearrange the groups for me was to launch the config, go to TV Channels, go to mapping (do nothing), return to TV Channels. Now groups can be rearranged successfully, but only until the config is closed. Next time config is launched, groups can not be rearranged without repeating this process.

    Yeah it's very bugged. Even when doing it using the method described by x4mer, it sometimes requires a few attempts to drag the tabs.
