Hi
I want to change de order of the channels in th TV guide, unsuccessfully...
It remains like on the first time I've setup the channels in MP 1.7.1 hotfix
In Server config/TV channels, I put my correct order with up/down button, I've reloaded the EPG with Plugin/XmlTV import button just in case but nada, not a single change.
I take a look at the tvguide.xml, the order is different in the file than in the guide .
I need a hint , bcause I give up now :/
thanks
Marc

    Hello tybreizh29

The way to set the channel order is in your channel groups:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_...ration/TV-Server_Configuration/03_TV_Channels

In Server config/TV channels, I put my correct order with up/down button...
This is correct. After that you have to close and reopen MP for the change to take effect.
Note that changing the order on the "channels" tab will make no difference. You have to change the order in the group tab - eg. "All Channels".

...I've reloaded the EPG with Plugin/XmlTV import button
    That will make no difference.

I take a look at the tvguide.xml, the order is different in the file than in the guide .
The order in tvguide.xml is irrelevant.

You're right, I was using the wrong tab :/
    TVServer config\channels\all channels,
    NOT
    TVServer config\channels\channels (xxx)

    Thanks a lot
