Channel Scan fails with HDHomerun Prime and MP 1.5 (1 Viewer)

I have installed Media Portal 1.5 on my Windows 8.1 laptop. I have HDHomerun Prime connected to my wireless router. My laptop uses a wireless network connection. All 3 tuners appear in the TV Server Configuration utility, but when I attempt to scan for channels, I get nothing. The screen says Out of Bank service information..signal locked, no channels found.

I have the HDHomerun QuickTV application install and can watch TV using it, but that has no program guide. The HDHomerun QuickTV application had no trouble scanning channels. Can anyone offer some advice on getting MP 1.5 working?

First question: did you see the information here?

Specifically, did you increase the SDT/VCT timeout setting?

Second question: do you run a firewall on this PC?
If so, please make sure you have allowed TVService.exe and SetupTv.exe full access to your network. They'll need it for scanning to work.

Actually...
It looks like you're scanning with the HDHomeRun QAM wrapper tuner. That won't work.
Please refer to the comments "Note that you may see more tuners than you expect for three reasons..." in the above link to understand what I mean.
You need to be scanning with tuners named "HDHomeRun Prime Tuner...", not "Silicondust HDHomeRun Tuner...".
