i have funny problem since updating to 1.3.0 Final

What i have:
a tv-server on windows seven ultimate x64
two clients on windows 8 pro x86
in server: a DD octobus Single CI without cam or card
a DD duoflex S2 on port 2 of the octobus CI connected

What i have made:
driver of DD-Cards updateted to 2.4.2.70
Mediaportal 1.2.3 Full Deinstallation with database remove
mediaportal 1.3.0 Final new install
client's simple update
channelscan on tv-server with both DVB-S Cards (duoflex s2)
settings for scanning: SAT 1 // DiSEqc(None) // Band(Ku-Linear (Universal)) // Satellite (19.2°E Astra 1KR, 1L, 1M, 2C)
a update of the satellite list is made
enable DVB-S2 channel(scanning)
then scan for channels

What are the problem:
He finds only on one of the cards, channels. At searching he shows on both cards full level of signal and quality

History:
With Version 1.2.3. i had no problems. He have find all channels on both cards. After the reinstallation he find only Channels on card 4.

Any Ideas

It only works if you open DVBCineConfig and unmount the CI from the tuner. This must be a bug in MP 1.3.

I test your workaround with unmountet CI from the tuner. But the same problem. He only finds channels an Tuner 4. Tuner 3 showing only no signal at scanning. I have a look at your tread.

Did you reboot after unmounting CI's from the tuners?

Yes i reboot after unmounting. Yesterday i test a whole package of solutions. I test the installation with an older DD-driver and with older MP's (1.2.3. and 1.2.1). I update the firmware of the octobus from 1.4 to 1.6, but always the same shit. The last way is a complet reinstallation of the tv-server (incl. windows). But the server has many services to run. So this is a bigger work. But i think i do it in a free time.
