Description
Some errors I've reported in this thread:

1. Use TV-Server to scan all channels, then channel name gets error characters, shown as the attached file "20120404_tvchannels.jpg".
2. Change TV EPG grabber settings, but TV Guide still show some error characters, shown as the attached file "20120404_mediaportal001.jpg".
3. Use other DVB-T software (AVerTV), EPG can correctly show all Chinese characters, shown as the attached file "20120404_avertv001.jpg".
The attached file "20120404_RecordedTV_ts.zip" is .TS file recorded by Mediaportal at that time.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set TV server/TV EPG grabber/Language to "Chinese chi" & "English eng", TV Guide still show some error characters.
