Cheap DVB-C for TDC cableTV solution? (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I just wanted to hear if any of you have had a cheap DVB-C solution for TDC cable TV working?

I am considering buying the Twinhan 2033 Mantis DVB-C card, but I cannot find out if it is fully supported, like the more expensive Fire DTV is?
