New release (see first post).

Buttons, dialog etc. should be a lot better now + other stuff.
A few glitches, but nothing important.

Note: If you prefer more lines in EPG, just use the XML given with the indogo skin (I'll UL it later)

Hehe ... no.

UL'ed the skin again, as I forgot some things (change video osd and setting references.xml to 0.9.4 ) and did some minor gfx work.
I think I'm done now

Added references.xml for MP 1.0 (just DL and copy to [druve]:\[program folder]\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Christmas skin 2008
