Hi all,
I have this old IR reciever that works via serial called Creative INFRA Receiver, which has the CIMR100 chip. It uses a little credit card remote.
I can get this to work in a few programs including WinLirc, but with winlirc everytime I use a drop down it crashes my computer. So needless to say, I'd rather not have to use winlirc.
Has anyone got this remote working internally with media portal? When I put in the settings and click learn I just get timeouts.
