Hey guys,

Any suggestions?

My tv server and client on tv server pc take a long time to load. How can I speed this up?

    Hi joshuasdad

Your logs show MP starting at 1742 and exiting at 1743, so no real information there.

We do need you to run debug mode on both pc's, view TV for a couple of minutes, see if connection gets "lost" then post both server and client logs.

Suspect any lost connection to be network related, a fixed ip usually fixes that problem.

Google guide on how to do this, here's one video

    Hey Guys,

Sorry for the delay. I have assigned a static ip to my tv server pc.

both logs are attached. the client was able to just get audio on a couple tries, but just stays on the guide and mp freezes. most of the time it loses connection to tv server.

    thanks

    hey guys,

could this be what is wrong? I am not sure if I installed a dedicated tv server or not. https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/connection-to-tv-service-lost.102273/

I am running a client and sever on one pc, and just a client on the one that is failing. I have moving pictures and my tv series setup on both.

if I do uninstall and start over, how do I save all the countless hours of work I have done?

    Thanks
